American black bear 2 1/2 year old wild sub-adult that climbed over an electrified fence with his 2 brothers at the Kilham Bear Center in Lyme, New Hampshire. The 3 siblings liked the food at the bear center more than in the wild, so they never left a 12 acre pen in northern New Hampshire habitat made up of ledge, boulders, steep slopes, trees and low bush cover.
